The sundial is an ancient instrument for measuring time based on the detection of the position of the sun and is performed with the fresco technique.
The realization involves a series of on-site surveys that allow to define a working sundial. The decoration is designed to be placed in the architectural context as an element that distinguishes the facade with accurate pictorial execution and can be enriched with motto, lemniscate, zodiac signs and dates chosen by the client.
Our works are inspired by in-depth studies of the great masters of the past, with the challenge of reinterpreting and adapting them to the dynamism of our days. Below are three of the latest projects carried out using the ancient tear-off fresco technique, in several stages.
